Room clean, spacious, great view. Train noise not bothersome. Perfect location near V&A, Discovery, train station. Many good dining options nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to shops, bars, and the V&A. We loved being able to explore the city and enjoy the new developments on the embankment. the bar area was one of the highlights for us, offering a stunning view of the surroundings and providing a great spot to relax and people-watch.

Communication before arrival could have been better, as we wasted time looking at alternative parking options instead of being informed about the nearby car park. the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, and my room was not serviced like my colleagues' rooms, resulting in an overflowing bin and the need to request more milk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and just across from the V & A museum. It was so convenient to have the city centre just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel is situated right above the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms are well-designed with nice lighting, creating a cozy ambience. We loved our river view room, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds in the family room. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and the gluten-free toast was a nice touch.

The only small issue we encountered was that the evening meal could have been hotter.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the new V&A museum and the train station. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a good choice of pillows and a great shower pressure. The staff are friendly and the breakfast offers a good selection, including tasty sausages. The view from the room is also a plus point, with a great view of the V&A museum across the street.

The sound insulation from the ensuite bathroom could be improved.

The location of Sleeperz Hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Dundee. It was just a short walk away from the main shopping center and conveniently situated right on top of the train station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation. Additionally, the hotel was close to the V&A Museum, which provided us with a lovely view of the surroundings.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noisy beds and the somewhat limited variety of the cooked breakfast, these did not significantly impact our overall experience at Sleeperz Hotel. The positives far outweighed these minor issues.
